Creator Referral Programme Terms

1) Eligibility and enrollment

Participation requires explicit approval, supported-country eligibility, acceptance of the current terms, and any identity, tax, and payout verification we require. Approval as a creator does not alter your buyer or seller account rights.

2) Attribution and qualification

Approved links and codes may attribute eligible users during the published attribution window. A creator-to-buyer reward requires the applicable completed purchase, delivery, and return/security conditions. A creator-to-seller reward requires the configured onboarding, subscription, payout, or sales milestone. Attribution and earnings are not guaranteed.

3) Rewards, holds, and wallet payout

Creator incentives are available only as creator-wallet payouts and cannot be used as checkout credit. Policy rates, bases, caps, currencies, and waiting periods shown for an effective policy govern the reward. Pending rewards may change after refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, invalid activity, or compliance review.

4) Disclosures and content

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship with every promotion, use approved brand materials, make only truthful claims, and follow advertising, consumer-protection, platform, intellectual-property, accessibility, and privacy rules.

5) Prohibited conduct

No self-referrals, related-account manipulation, circular referrals, fake accounts, automated or purchased traffic.
No spam, deception, impersonation, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, code leakage, or misleading income/discount claims.
No collection or disclosure of a referred user’s private account, purchase, identity, or payment information.

6) Payout security and taxes

You are responsible for accurate tax and payout information. We may require step-up authentication, impose a cooling-off period after payout changes, reserve or review withdrawals, and reconcile provider settlement before marking a payout paid.

7) Reviews, adjustments, and appeals

We may narrowly pause a campaign, reward, or payout while reviewing safety, fraud, contractual, or legal concerns. Financial corrections use traceable adjustments rather than deletion. The Creator Studio provides a route to request an explanation or appeal within the displayed deadline.

8) Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate participation for risk, legal, or programme violations. Disabling the programme stops new activity but does not erase its ledger. Material changes will identify an effective date; an earned reward remains linked to its recorded policy version, subject to lawful reversal.

Governing law (region): These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Canadian consumer protection laws may give you additional rights that cannot be waived.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules and guidelines for using the FitMyStyles platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Prohibited Activities

Illegal or fraudulent purposes – including selling counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
Infringing intellectual property rights – listing or buying items that copy, misuse, or violate trademarks, copyrights, or cultural heritage protections.
Harassment or abuse – sending threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory messages to other users, staff, or partners.
Circumventing FitMyStyles systems – including attempting to complete transactions off-platform to avoid fees or platform rules.
Hacking or tampering – introducing viruses, scraping data, reverse-engineering, or otherwise disrupting the Platform.
Spam or deceptive practices – including fake reviews, false claims, or misleading product listings.

2. Seller Responsibilities

List only authentic, legal, and accurately described products.
Ensure that cultural designs are used respectfully and not misrepresented.
Fulfill orders promptly and use approved shipping methods (currently integrated via DHL).
Provide transparent refund and return information.
Not use the Platform to advertise or solicit outside transactions.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Place genuine orders with the intent to purchase.
Provide accurate shipping and payment details.
Avoid abuse of refund, return, or dispute systems.
Respect sellers and artisans, avoiding harassment or unreasonable demands.

4. Community Standards

Communicate respectfully with others.
Avoid discrimination or hate speech in any form.
Respect cultural integrity and diversity represented on the Platform.

5. Enforcement

FitMyStyles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
Violations may also result in cancellation of orders, withholding of payouts, and reporting to authorities where required.
FitMyStyles may monitor activity on the Platform to ensure compliance.

7. Changes to this Policy
